Senior Product Manager, Integrations
The Position
CallRail is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our next-generation integrations suite and communications API strategy. In this role, you’ll own the vision and roadmap for how CallRail connects to third-party systems, enabling seamless data flows and automated customer experiences.
You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact integrations that solve real customer problems. You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy and technical depth, especially when it comes to APIs, partner ecosystems, and the infrastructure that powers scalable, reliable integrations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated PM who thrives in both setting product direction and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results in collaboration with engineering.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the integrations and API roadmap, aligning it with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.
- Own and evolve the strategy for CallRail’s integrations platform, ensuring scalable design patterns across data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs.
- Lead discovery efforts, including interviews with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate pain points and inform solution design.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, partnerships, and go-to-market teams to deliver integration solutions end-to-end.
- Write clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with technical context and customer value in mind.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure smooth launches, education, and adoption of new integrations.
- Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback, continuously refining and evolving the integrations offering.
- Stay current with integration technologies, partner ecosystems, and emerging APIs that may impact or improve our platform offering.
- Represent the integrations domain in planning cycles, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or platform-oriented work.
- Strong technical fluency—comfortable reading API documentation, discussing data models, and scoping edge cases with engineers.
- Experience delivering B2B SaaS integrations—especially with tools like CRMs, marketing automation platforms, analytics, or communication platforms.
- Proven ability to manage complex product surfaces across partner APIs, webhooks, auth flows (OAuth), and data syncing.
- Ability to define and prioritize work with clarity—balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with engineers and designers in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to influence across roles and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
- Prior work building reseller or embedded product integrations.
- Background working with public APIs and/or developer experience tools.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
