We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our dynamic team at The Mel Robbins Podcast. This person will play an important role in the creation of captivating content that inspires and motivates millions of people around the world. 

As a video editor, you must possess a sharp eye for trends and visual design, adept at creating engaging short and long-form videos. You will be responsible for taking a piece of video content from conception to completion, crafting sequences that captivate the audience. You'll collaborate with the Post Production team to ideate engaging content concepts and transform them into brand videos.

Qualifications: 

  • 2-4 years Video Editor (podcast editing experience required)
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere
  • Experience with Descript is a plus
  • Familiarity with social platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Able to collaborate on a vibrant team of video creators 
  • Able to take direction well yet work independently with a keen eye and ear for detail
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a small team environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, assignments, and deliverables at once
  • Understanding of social media best practices and ecosystem trends is a plus
  • Experienced with filming and handling of production equipment is a plus
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • A passion for personal growth and the topics shared on The Mel Robbins Podcast
  • You believe in the work and are motivated by the difference you’re making in people’s lives.
  • A team player who wants to be part of making the company better as a whole
