Why you want this job

 As a Quality Engineer II, you’ll play a critical role in testing and validating customer-facing applications used by millions. You’ll help ensure our Web Storefront and Call Center platforms are stable, scalable, and continuously improving. Your work will directly influence the customer experience—and you'll have the autonomy and responsibility to make an impact from day one. You’ll be hands-on in manual and automated testing, contribute to test strategy, and work in a highly collaborative Agile environment.

What you’ll do

  • Execute test plans and contribute to the creation and evolution of test strategies
  • Own and test medium-sized features independently (UI and REST API)
  • Write, maintain, and run both manual and automated tests using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools
  • Help mature our test automation coverage, including regression and functional tests
  • Contribute to building and scaling automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
  • Explore and investigate logs, telemetry, and monitoring data to analyze quality and identify root causes
  • Test applications across browsers, devices, and operating systems
  • Identify and document defects clearly and validate fixes
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality releases
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team retrospectives
  • Apply risk-based testing approaches when balancing functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Champion quality practices within your team and contribute to a quality-first culture

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of professional experience in QA/QE roles in tech organizations
  • Solid hands-on experience testing both UI and REST APIs (manual and automated)
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
  • Familiarity with JavaScript for writing automation scripts
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment
  • Ability to follow and contribute to structured testing processes and best practices
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset—you’re excited to learn and iterate

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira or other test/issue tracking systems
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated quality gate implementations
  • Experience with SQL or basic data validation
  • Experience with Application Insights or other observability/monitoring tools
  • Interest in or experience using AI tools for testing or generating test scenarios
