Why you want this job

As a Senior Paid Search Associate, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your experience to drive performance, analyze data, and contribute to strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing
  • Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Generate reports and present actionable insights
  • Collaborate with SEO team to align paid and organic efforts
  • Assist in testing bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages
  • Monitor budget pacing and campaign ROI
  • Maintain strong documentation and campaign hygiene

What you'll need

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid search experience either in house or at an agency.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
  • Comfortable analyzing large sets of data and drawing insights
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or other attribution tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with SEO or cross-channel marketing is a bonus
