The Internal Communications team plays a vital role in shaping that experience by fostering trust, building connection, and reinforcing our values in every message. In this role, you’ll lead the development of internal communications content and strategy to engage our teams from the inside out—while also driving our employer brand efforts to showcase what makes working here so special. You’ll bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to how we communicate and grow our culture.
What you’ll do
Internal Communications
- You will leverage your expertise and partner with your direct manager to develop and execute on the company-wide internal communications strategy that drives transparency, connection, and trust among associates
- Create compelling written and visual content that informs, inspires, and connects associates across a variety of platforms—email, intranet, Slack/Teams, digital signage, all-hands, and more
- Create content for SeekWell’s new intranet and mobile experience, collecting feedback and optimizing usability
- Partner with executive leadership to build an effective cadence of executive communication that aligns with company goals and values
- Manage the planning and production of internal events such as Town Halls, leadership Q&As, and company-wide announcements
- Lead the internal crisis communications plans and protocols
- Unify internal and external brand voice across all messaging platforms
- Monitor and optimize internal communication effectiveness using data and insights
- Coach leaders and teams on effective communication and storytelling
Employer Brand
- Lead SeekWell’s global employer brand strategy to showcase our culture, values, and associate experience externally
- Own and grow the associate advocacy program—training, enabling, and inspiring associates to share authentic content across social platforms
- Write and produce engaging content for career site updates, email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and other candidate-facing communications
- Build and manage employer presence on platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other review sites
- Partner with Recruiting, DIBS, and Marketing to ensure cohesive, inclusive, and engaging messaging across campaigns and programs
- Manage the technical and operational aspects of recruitment marketing tools
- Use data and reporting to optimize campaigns and ensure impact on talent attraction, brand awareness, and pipeline health
- Coordinate sponsored brand activations, talent events, and speaking opportunities aligned with strategic hiring goals
What you'll need
- A creative, strategic communicator with 5+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, recruitment marketing, or corporate communications
- An exceptional storyteller with strong writing, editing, and content development skills across formats
- An experienced project manager who can drive high quality work to completion while leading with empathy and purpose
- Technically savvy and comfortable working with intranet platforms (e.g., Interact), LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe, Glassdoor, Instagram, etc
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable setting KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness
- Adept at building trust with executives and cross-functional partners
- A champion of DIBS and inclusive storytelling practices
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
