What you’ll do
As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager on our CRM team, you'll work primarily with our company, The Framery, and lead initiatives to:
- Increase glasses purchases among contact lens customers
- Convert glasses shoppers into buyers
- Improve retention of glasses customers
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a proven ability to enhance customer experiences, and the skills to build and scale new marketing programs. We're looking for someone who can help shape strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute campaigns that drive results.
Key areas of focus for the job:
- Customer Segmentation- Develop strategies to identify and target contact lens customers who may need glasses and segment our glasses customer base to enable personalized marketing and boost retention
- Cross-Sell & Awareness- Partner with CRM, marketing operations, and creative teams to strategically promote glasses at pivotal moments in the contact lens customer journey
- Customer Retention- Engage glasses customers with compelling campaigns featuring new styles and leverage targeted promotions to encourage repeat purchases
- Message & Content Development- Craft compelling, on-brand messaging that resonates with different customer segments. Partner with creative teams to produce engaging content that sparks interest and inspires action
- Testing & Optimization- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to enhance messaging, targeting, and personalization
- Data Analysis & Reporting- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and share insights to inform future strategies
What you'll need
- 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a direct-to-consumer environment
- Experience executing campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively partner with technical and creative teams
- Proven ability to create impactful customer communications and test messaging strategies
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau
