Venture Leader (Seed SaaS Venture)

About Us

Vandra is an intelligent, AI-powered discount app designed to help small to medium-sized eCommerce brands boost sales by turning browsers into buyers. Using sophisticated machine learning algorithms and behavioral science-based nudges, Vandra identifies online visitors who need an extra incentive, enabling brands to drive profitable growth by maximizing their existing site traffic.

The Opportunity

You'll be the driving force behind this high-potential SaaS business from seed to success; create the GTM strategy, build and scale the product, grow a talented team, and own the P&L. All capital to support the venture will come from the parent company, Westfield, allowing you to focus entirely on driving the venture’s success.

This is your chance to make a significant impact by transforming an innovative concept into a market-leading solution, with the freedom to experiment, innovate, and execute, steering the venture to profitability.

What You'll Do

Ready to take the reins and lead a Vandra from the ground up? Here’s how you’ll make your mark:

  • Set the Vision: Define the strategy, vision, and goals for Vandra. Your leadership will be crucial in setting ambitious targets, and maintaining sustainable, attractive SaaS economics. You’ll determine the key OKRs and KPIs that will drive product-market fit and long-term success.
  • Lead Market Experimentation: Spearhead ongoing B2B SaaS business model experiments and develop a GTM strategy. You'll ensure Vandra targets the right customer segments, with a value proposition that truly resonates.
  • Accelerate Growth: Develop, execute, and refine customer acquisition strategies. You'll evolve pricing strategies to maximize market opportunity and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product. Drive go-to-market initiatives that position the company to capture new market share, build brand momentum, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Build & Lead: Lead a small, high-performing team that you'll coach and develop. You’ll maintain a lean structure, adding expertise as the venture scales, ensuring every team member aligns with the overall strategy. Your leadership will inspire and drive success to achieve great things together.
  • Align Commercial and Product Strategy: Ensure the team translates the challenges your customers face into a compelling product vision that resonates and retains. Work closely with the Technical Leader to drive a product roadmap that meets and exceeds market needs.

Who You Are

You are a visionary leader with a track record of bringing early-stage SaaS ventures from concept to $1M+ ARR. Your leadership is marked by a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
