What We Need:

We are looking for an experienced Outsourcing Manager to join our Share Development Studios team and help creating a new outsourcing department.

You are an excellent negotiator, and enjoy building business relationships both internally and externally to support the company's goals.

We need a team mate with strong integrity, interpersonal and organizational skills to navigate our fast-paced environment and offer cost effective and timely solutions to all of our amazing development teams.

You are comfortable shaping new processes and adjusting them as the department evolves.

What You Will Do:

• Build a pool of potential contractors
• Seek out external vendors that will provide services to our dev teams
• Maintain a contract renewal / expiration tracking database
• Collaborate closely with producers, team leads, and partner studios to identify outsourcing needs
• Report on the activity of your team to studio and department leadership
• Support budgeting conversations by providing data on outsourcing usage and capacity
• Contribute to internal training/documentation on how to engage with the outsourcing team

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience related to Outsourcing in games or other digital media creation including Producer or Product Management roles
• Knowledge of outsourcing companies around the world and their available services
• Experience dealing with contracts, rates and terms
• Highly skilled at attention to details, prioritization, and scheduling
• Successful at multi-tasking many partner requests
• Exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities
• Impeccable business etiquette
• Solid understanding of the art pipelines in game development
