What We Need:

2K is looking for an established Manager, Influencer and Creator Marketing, to support and develop influencer and creator marketing strategies across all core games portfolio. This position will work cross-functionally to determine creator needs for our core game portfolio. You will work with gaming creators and agencies to foster relationships, ideate content concepts and will be responsible for developing and implementing global strategic creator marketing campaigns for some of 2K’s most popular IP, including the Borderlands, Bioshock, Mafia and Civilization franchises.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Influencer and Creator Marketing, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing our influencer and creator strategies from early development through post-launch support. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for gaming, a robust understanding of influencer dynamics, and a proven track record in collaborating on impactful creator marketing campaigns with AAA titles.

Strong industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

 

What You Will Do:
Strategic Alignment & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as primary internal subject matter authority for influencer and creator marketing, providing ongoing guidance and direction as needed to all of 2K’s local market teams worldwide.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Brand, GTM, Social, Product, Insights) to ensure creator tactics support full-funnel marketing goals and broader brand visions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer and creator marketing strategies that ladder up to GTM priorities.
  • Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Build and present executive-level decks that connect creator and influencer initiatives to brand, community, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with social + community team colleagues to provide compelling creator-led content that will elevate fandom and awareness across owned channels.

 

End-to-End Campaign & Relationship Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of creator and influencer campaigns, from outreach and briefing to activation and live event support.
  • Execute creator events and bespoke activations that empower authentic content creation and community engagement.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for key influencers and creators, fostering long-term franchise affinity and "player-first" partnerships.
  • Develop, launch, and manage multi-layered creator programs; championing these initiatives internally and serving as the primary 2K point-of-contact for external vendors and agency partners.
  • Collaborate with Global Partnerships and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery and brand consistency.

 

Performance, Insights & Operational Excellence

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations grounded in deep KPI analysis.
  • Present performance insights, trends, and forward-looking recommendations to senior stakeholders and brand leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how creator KPIs influence broader marketing performance, conversion, and catalog sales.
  • Establish and socialize operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability across all core franchises.
  • Compile regular reports on marketing best practices and competitor recommendations.

 

Who We Believe Will Be A Great Fit:

  • 4-6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing (gaming industry experience is highly preferred).
  • A proven track record of managing mid-to-large scale influencer campaigns from ideation through to reporting.
  • Strong technical understanding of Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X, including tools like CreatorIQ, LevelUp, StreamHatchet, or similar.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex conversations with both creators and developer stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using data to track campaign ROI and creator sentiment, turning numbers into a clear narrative of success.
  • Power user of spreadsheets and project management tools who genuinely enjoys keeping dozens of moving parts in order.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple game titles and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow!

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $100,200 and $148,320 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an ~at-will position~ and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
