What We Need
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled producer to work on the road and at the office. Overseeing mobile data acquisition sessions and managing administrative tasks related to those sessions. Our ideal candidate has rock-solid production experience, especially working with small teams and being self-reliant. We partner closely with top-tier industry talent, requiring our team to build immediate rapport and maintain a highly supportive environment. Our ideal candidate brings a sincere, welcoming attitude alongside elite talent direction capabilities to ensure a seamless experience.
This is temporary position for 12 months that will require you to work onsite in our San Rafael, California office location with the occasional on the road travel. This role does not offer relocation assistance.
What You’ll Do
- Oversees all aspects of the on-location scan: parking, logistics, schedule and talent liaison. Ensuring the crew is on time and ready for scanning. Manage hotels, rental cars, taxis, meals. Acts as the face of 2K for clients. Manages logistical communications, including the creation and management of call sheets.
- Administer the timely processing and tracking of all department invoices and timesheets, ensuring strong communication and workflow between our team and Accounts Payable.
- Manage proper reporting for all department expenses.
- Assist with production coordination on scans and special projects - staffing, scheduling, and client communication.
- Organize, update, and share department reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and provide updates.
What Will Make You A Great Fit
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite.
- Experience in Creative Production.
- Strong organizational skills, including unwavering attention to detail.
- Stellar time management skills, with particular focus on proactivity and efficient remote working.
- Experience with invoices, expense reports, and working with Accounts Payable departments.
- Aptitude for project management and effective problem solving.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish effective and immediate rapport with new and current clients.
Bonus Points
- Experience with Airtable, and/or other database systems
- Live production experience
The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $37.00 and $57.00 per hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
