Overview of Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement across complex projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze, evaluate, and refine existing business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create use cases, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and other BA artifacts.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Support product owners and project managers in backlog grooming, prioritization, and scope management.
• Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions to gather and validate requirements.
• Work with QA teams to define test cases and validate solutions against requirements.
• Support implementation, UAT, and change management activities.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of professional experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as ADO,JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience working on enterprise-level systems or software projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
