Overview of Role
66degrees is seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various business functions through insightful reporting, streamlining critical business processes, and managing key administrative tasks within our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a high degree of adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
1. Project & System Administration (Certinia/Salesforce)
- PSA Maintenance: Execute daily updates within Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA, ensuring new projects are configured correctly and project metadata remains current.
- Timecard Coordination: Own the weekly timecard submission cycle. Proactively follow up with team members to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Approvals Management: Audit and process timecard approvals, verifying alignment with project budgets and specific contract guidelines.
- Resource Scheduling: Assist in updating the Project Planner and resource schedules to maintain real-time visibility into team bandwidth.
2. Reporting & Data Integrity
- Performance Metrics: Generate and distribute weekly reports on Utilization and Project Status for the delivery leadership team.
- Billing Support: Facilitate the "Billing Event" process by aggregating necessary data to ensure the Accounting team can issue accurate, timely invoices.
- Data Hygiene: Conduct regular audits of the PSA system to identify and resolve missing information, expired dates, or unassigned tasks.
3. Team Coordination & Strategy
- Internal Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Professional Services team regarding Certinia "how-to" queries and operational deadlines.
- Strategic Insight: Leverage data analysis to influence leadership decisions and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for understanding corporate workflows.
- 1–2 years of corporate experience in operations or data analysis, demonstrating a track record of reliability and process management.
- Functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform (navigation, reporting, dashboards) is highly encouraged for effective system management.
- Familiarity with Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA is strongly preferred to accelerate onboarding in project and resource tracking.
- A meticulous eye for data accuracy is required to ensure precise billing, timecard validation, and error-free reporting.
- Assertive yet professional communication skills are essential for coordinating approvals and following up on strict deadlines.
- Must be fully available to work European business hours to support real-time operations and global stakeholder needs.
