About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Retail Media, Insights, and Incentives business. In this role, you will act as a key financial partner to divisional leaders, driving data-informed decisions through financial modeling, business performance analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the division, aligning financial plans with business goals.
  • Performance Management:
    Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs, providing insights into trends, risks, and opportunities across media revenue, data monetization, and incentive programs.
  • Strategic Business Partnering:
    Collaborate with leaders across Retail Media, Data Insights, and Shopper Incentives to support decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate ROI on key initiatives.
  • Revenue & Cost Analysis:
    Develop and maintain revenue models for media placements, data licensing, and promotional spend; drive cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Financial Reporting:
    Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly financial reports and variance analyses. Own dashboards and financial packages for executive leadership.
  • Commercial Support:
    Support pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and client profitability analyses for media campaigns and insight products.
  • Process Improvement:
    Streamline financial processes, enhance reporting tools, and help implement scalable solutions to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within retail, CPG, ad tech, or media sectors.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of media monetization, shopper marketing, or retail analytics a plus.
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving insights that lead to actionable outcomes.

Pay Transparency and Benefits

  • The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest.  Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.

Pay Range

$67,000 - $181,250 USD
