  • Acting as Product Owner on assigned projects, managing backlogs and aligning feature delivery with business goals.
  • Leading or participating in Salesforce implementations, including data migration and system integration, ensuring seamless integration of Revenue Cloud with other enterprise systems like ERP and payment gateways.
  • Creating comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials for Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Participating in pre-sales efforts such as solution scoping, demos, and estimating for Revenue Cloud projects.
  • Mentoring junior consultants and providing guidance on best practices and career development within the Salesforce Revenue Cloud space.
  • Responsible for prioritization, maintenance and refinement of product backlog and update the backlog based on feedback, changes in priorities, and new insights.
  • Collaborating across cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and analysts.
  • Maintaining client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and proactive communication.
  • Contributing to process improvement efforts and internal capability building within the Salesforce practice.
  • Traveling to client sites as needed.

You Have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud Consultant) and a Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant certification is highly preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or solution architecture with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementations.
  • Hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), CPQ, and Billing implementations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, data modeling, and integrations using declarative tools.
  • Deep understanding of the entire product-to-cash lifecycle and revenue recognition principles.
  • Experience with Agile project management, including backlog refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
  • Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

You Are:

  • A strong communicator who can clearly articulate technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • A client-focused professional with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • A self-starter capable of independently managing priorities and deadlines.
  • A team-oriented collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
  • Meticulous in attention to detail and dedicated to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
  • Passionate about learning, growing, and sharing knowledge with others.
  • Comfortable acting in multiple roles (Business Analyst, QA, Implementation Consultant, or Architect) as needed.

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $140,000 to $210,000 USD + benefits + bonus role. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
