Creative Marketing Analyst | Marketing & Brand Team

The Creative Marketing Analyst will be a central creative force within the marketing organization — responsible for shaping how the firm shows up in the market and internally through clear storytelling, compelling content, and thoughtful design. This role is for a doer, someone hungry to learn and execute against multiple disciplines within the marketing function. This person will be hands-on, using writing and design skills to translate complex ideas into high-impact narratives across channels.

You will work closely with internal teams to develop messaging and design materials that support growth, and ensure our brand is consistently and effectively expressed across written, visual, and presentation-based assets.

This position must be based in either our New York office and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

What You’ll Do: 

Writing & Content Development

  • Execute high-quality written content across channels, including:
    • Marketing materials (social, digital, printed, email, etc.)
    • Website copy and landing pages
    • Business development and one-to-many proposal template materials
    • Corporate communications 
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all marketing and communications outputs.
  • Partner with business development and leadership teams to support client-facing storytelling and positioning.
  • Support marketing automation workflows or coordinated nurture programs.

Design & Visual Storytelling

  • Understand marketing needs, business objectives, and priorities.
  • Apply strong design judgment and principles to elevate marketing materials and presentations.
  • Create and refine visual assets using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and/or Adobe (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Understand brand identity.
  • Create and structure marketing decks and presentations that clearly articulate strategy, value propositions, and insights.
  • Ensure all materials are visually cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with best practices in layout, typography, and hierarchy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external designers or agencies as needed, providing clear creative direction and feedback.
  • Balance speed and quality — producing polished materials efficiently without sacrificing clarity or impact.
  • Use analytics and performance feedback to improve messaging, creative formats, and audience engagement.

Integrated campaigns 

  • Partner on campaign ideation and creative direction across channels (paid, organic, events, etc.).
  • Support product launches, brand initiatives, and audience growth.
  • Support or coordinate multimedia content (social video, short form motion graphics, interactive assets).
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and workload across creative requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, or agencies as required.

You Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a demonstrated ability to adapt across audiences and formats.
  • Strong storytelling capability — able to connect messaging to business goals.
  • Solid understanding of design principles and visual communication.
  • Hands-on experience with presentation and design tools (PowerPoint required; Canva and/or Adobe preferred).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, gather input, and translate ideas into finished outputs.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Growth mindset. Hungry to learn and do.

  • A strong writer excited about working in-house at a growing brand
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Located in New York City or willing to relocate
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also contributing at a strategic level
  • Familiar with content creation platforms and eager to learn and evolve skills 

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $70,000 to $90,000 USD + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
