Who We Need & What You’ll Do

The Manager, Integrated Marketing will play a key role in shaping revenue-generating marketing strategy at AccuWeather, partnering closely with sales to develop smart, data-informed solutions for a wide range of advertisers.

In this role, you’ll spend your time developing campaign ideas, building compelling pitch materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life. You’ll work across a diverse set of industries and clients, using insights, creativity, and strategic thinking to craft programs that resonate.

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and lead strategic, multi-platform marketing solutions that drive revenue across AccuWeather’s ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on digital and video.

· Partner closely with sales to understand client goals and identify relevant, creative opportunities.

· Develop high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks, one-sheets, toolkits, and thought leadership content.

· Translate audience data, behavioral insights, and marketplace trends into compelling narratives that resonate with advertisers.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas to life:

Work with product and editorial teams to create new revenue-generating ad experiences and content opportunities.

Partner with research, data science, and BI teams to transform insights into persuasive sales materials.

Align with strategy, pricing, and operations to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and executable.

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality, and communication are consistently strong.

· Keep stakeholders informed on project progress and ensure internal resources are accurate and up to date.

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

· 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing, media, digital advertising, or agency environments.

· Strong storytelling ability with experience developing persuasive proposals and sales materials

· A strategic mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing ideas.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint (and design programs a plus).
