Job Application for Warehouse Associate (Full Time) - Colorado Springs, CO at A&C Plastics

We’re a leader in the plastics industry and known for being the “go-to” team for hard-to-find materials and top-notch customer service. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a strong team.

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.

COMPENSATION: $17.00 – $19.00/hour, depending on experience

WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE:

Pull, load, and package customer orders accurately
Make local deliveries (Class C, no CDL required)
Unload materials safely at customer locations
Provide great customer service during deliveries and will call pickups
Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
Use our barcoding system for inventory and order tracking
Troubleshoot delivery issues and find solutions on the fly
Look for ways to improve delivery efficiency and warehouse processes
Jump in where needed—teamwork is everything here

SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:

Forklift experience required
Clean driving record (you’ll be making local deliveries)
Comfortable with basic math
Saw experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
20+ years old
Reliable with strong attendance (this matters here)
Drug-free
Team player with a positive attitude
