The Role
We are looking for an Internal Events Manager to join our Field Marketing & Advocacy team. This role owns Addepar's internal event programming — including our Sales Kickoff (SKO), Accelerate, President's Club, and other company and sales-facing programs that bring our teams together, reinforce culture, and drive performance. You will also lead Addepar's webinar program end to end, from platform strategy and execution through performance reporting.
You will report to the Manager, Field Marketing and work closely with Sales, Account Management, Enablement, and Marketing to design programs that motivate our go-to-market teams, celebrate top performers, and keep our internal community informed and engaged. You'll also partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to run a webinar program that generates pipeline and supports customer engagement.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $105,000 - $131,00 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.
Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.
What You’ll Do
Internal Events Management
- Own end-to-end planning and execution of Addepar's internal events, including Sales Kickoff (SKO), Accelerate, President's Club, and other recurring internal programs — from concept and budget through logistics, content coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement teams to align each program's agenda, format, and structure with company priorities and sales motivations.
- Manage vendors, venues, travel logistics, and on-site execution for internal programs, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for attendees.
- Build and manage budgets for internal event programs, tracking spend and reporting on ROI and attendee satisfaction.
- Continuously evolve internal programming based on feedback and performance data to keep programs fresh, relevant, and high-impact.
Webinar Program Management
- Support Addepar's webinar program, managing the end-to-end logistical process from scheduling through platform execution, promotion, and post-webinar reporting.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to build a webinar calendar that supports pipeline generation, product launches, and customer engagement goals.
- Manage the On24 platform, including registration pages, event setup, integrations, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
- Track and report on webinar performance (registrations, attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence), sharing insights with stakeholders to continually improve program performance.
Cross-functional partnership
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for Sales and internal stakeholders on all things related to internal events and webinars.
- Partner with the broader Field Marketing & Advocacy team to ensure internal programming and webinars are aligned with the overall events calendar and marketing strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, registrants, and event data within Salesforce, ensuring clean handoffs to Sales and accurate pipeline attribution.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, internal communications/events, or webinar program management, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience managing a webinar platform is required; proficiency with On24 specifically is strongly preferred.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale internal programs (kickoffs, incentive trips, recognition events, or similar).
- Familiarity with Salesforce and experience partnering closely with Sales teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously, on time and on budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach, with comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) to support flagship internal events.

PHISHING SCAM WARNING: Addepar is among several companies recently made aware of a phishing scam involving con artists posing as hiring managers recruiting via email, text and social media. The imposters are creating misleading email accounts, conducting remote “interviews,” and making fake job offers in order to collect personal and financial information from unsuspecting individuals. Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process. Additionally, Addepar will not ask you to purchase equipment or supplies as part of your onboarding process. If you have any questions, please reach out to ta-operations@addepar.com.
