The Role:
adMarketplace is seeking a Contract-to-Perm Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our business and technical teams. This is a three-month contract role with the possibility to either end at the conclusion of the contract or transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs. You’ll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to deliver top talent, shape a best-in-class candidate experience, and directly influence the growth of our business.
What You'll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for both business functions (sales, business development, publisher growth, account management, marketing, operations) and technical teams (engineering, AI/ML, product, measurement, data).
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and build strategic hiring plan.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage talent across multiple channels—direct outreach, networking, referrals, events, and inbound leads.
- Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn extensions) alongside traditional platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Greenhouse) to identify active and passive candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, and facilitate a structured, equitable hiring process.
- Provide market insights, candidate feedback, and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions and ensure alignment with long-term growth.
- Support ad hoc recruiting initiatives such as scheduling, agency/vendor management, and process/system improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven success hiring across business and technical roles.
- Background in both agency and in-house recruiting strongly preferred.
- Comfortable discussing technical and business requirements with hiring managers, bridging the gap between stakeholders.
- Proven ability to source and close talent in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Data-driven, with experience using metrics and insights to drive recruiting strategy.
- Skilled in Greenhouse (or similar ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communicator, highly organized, and solutions-oriented, with a proactive “can-do” mindset.
- Thrives in an agile environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
*Compensation Range: $55 - $65 per hour

*This range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of adMarketplace in the New York office. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
