Whether identifying issues before they escalate, recommending tailored resolutions, or automating the deployment of those resolutions, Adonis creates a seamless, future-proofed approach to RCM.

Adonis is on a mission to automate Revenue Cycle - and our agents are at the center of that vision. The Adonis approach is to diagnoses problems, recommend solutions, and automate resolution, all using our agentic capabilities. 

We’re hiring an AI Product Specialist to bring these agents to life. In this role you’ll operationalize agent deployments and turn business use cases into structured, executable automations. You’ll dive into data, build agentic automations, and oversee agent performance - ensuring our AI agents deliver accurate and high-impact results across our customer base. You’ll also be at the forefront of R&D and experimentation at Adonis, partnering with Product and Engineering to deploy and validate new use cases with speed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operationalize AI Agent Deployments

  • Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform data from customer systems
  • Translate business use cases into structured, documented workflows and agent scripts
  • Partner with Engineering to build and automate agentic workflows using Python or other scripting tools.
  • Run experiments and pilots to validate new use cases, flag edge cases, and identify blockers

Monitor & Improve Agent Performance

  • Track daily agent activity, flagging errors or breakdowns in performance
  • Evaluate AI Agent performance and collaborate with Product and Customer Success to refine experiences.
  • Continuously iterate based on client success metrics and user feedback.
  • Troubleshoot issues with agent workflows and surface technical blockers to relevant teams.
  • Partner with Product to evaluate agentic performance. 

Enable Scalable Execution

  • Write SOPs and documentation to support cross-functional operations
  • Collaborate with internal and external vendors to drive smooth execution
  • Serve as the internal go-to expert on how agents behave and how to debug issues

Test & Assure Quality

  • Create comprehensive evals and test cases and rigorously QA AI Agents to meet both Adonis and customer quality standards.
  • Build scalable QA tooling where needed, ensuring customers can trust agent performance

Provide Product Feedback

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to surface bugs, identify product gaps, and suggest new features based on real-world usage.
  • Help shape the future of the platform with actionable insights from your daily work.

Support Sales Efforts

  • Collaborate with Sales to build AI Agent MVPs that showcase capabilities during the presales process
  • Contribute to compelling demos that win new business

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • You have 1–2 years of experience through work, internships, or standout personal projects that demonstrate your technical skills and creative thinking.
  • You’re confident working with SQL and Python, and you’ve got experience in automation, scripting, or using low-code/no-code platforms to streamline processes.
  • You’re deeply curious about Agentic AI and voice technology. You follow new developments in the field and have dabbled in prompt engineering or conversational design—whether for school, work, or just for fun.
  • You naturally break problems into smaller pieces and enjoy experimenting with different solutions. You iterate quickly, draw inspiration from others, and build on what you’ve learned before.
  • You know how to juggle multiple tasks, manage your time, and communicate clearly. When priorities shift, you adapt—and you’re not afraid to ask for help when it’s needed.
  • You’re highly detail-oriented and process-driven - you naturally write things down and improve documentation as you goYou take full accountability for your work. You move fast, make smart trade-offs, and do what it takes to deliver results. You don’t wait for someone else to step in—you lead the charge.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. You’re hungry to learn, excited by challenges, and maybe even thinking about building your own thing someday.
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with prompt engineering.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
