We are looking for a strategic and analytical Sr. Digital and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join us and accelerate our commercial success. Reporting to our NA Head of Acquisition, this is a senior individual contributor role that builds upon their decade of experience as a revenue marketing professional in an enterprise technology (or similar) role to support our regional hyper growth.

Ours is a team of teams. Most of our revenue marketers are organized around our core industry offerings, with demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing functions represented on those teams. You’ll complement these teams by taking on  top-of-funnel and cross-industry specific targeted marketing tactics work that is common across all teams, accelerating their success. Specifically, you’ll lead marketing programs and provide technical insights that optimize the prospect’s experience as they progress across their buying journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, set up, and optimize digital marketing campaigns:
    • Search (SEO and SEM): Drive full-funnel impact through effective search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies.
    • Lifecycle marketing: Develop and manage digital and email lifecycle programs to engage prospects at every stage of their journey - from ideation to the implementation on the tool, launch, optimization and reporting
    • Display advertising: Execute targeted display advertising campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Manage our regional web strategy: own the website updates and evolution, ensure regular content updates that optimize for the customer journey and A/B test key messages. Optimize our website performance. 
  • Lead marketing programs: Provide technical insights to optimize the prospect’s experience as they progress across their buying journey.
  • Leverage analytics tools: Determine the effectiveness of campaigns across all channels. Uncover strategic insights and fresh thinking around these programs.
  • Collaborate with global teams: Implement and drive strategies to generate sales accepted opportunities.
  • Partner with SDR teams: Optimize lead handoff processes and refine target account lists with Revenue Operations teams.

 

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing role focused on driving acquisition and lifecycle marketing in a B2B enterprise technology environment.
  • Deeply analytical mindset and familiarity with modern marketing and sales technologies, including Marketo, Contentful, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Looker, and Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in budgets and spend management.
  • You balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution, enjoying both the strategic and tactical aspects of the role.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring others on integrated campaign planning and execution.
  • Passion for staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
  • Experience in building relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive business results.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent the team with integrity and self-sufficiency across global operations.
  • Self-starting and self-motivated contributor with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Limited travel (<10%).
