The Aerospike Account Manager will be responsible for managing an existing set of named Strategic Customers within India with key focus on renewals and expansions within the strategic accounts through cross sell and upsell. The APJ sales team is
looking for a dynamic and aggressive Account Manager with an acumen to manage his/her assigned business/territory independently. The position will roll up to the Head of Strategic Accounts in Asia.

Responsibilities (Job Description) :
•Manage a set of Named Strategic Customers across India.
•Build Relationship across all levels of the Customer Organization
•Work with Internal Aerospike Teams like Support, Product management, Engineering etc to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
•Focus on Customer retention and meet Expansion target numbers within set of named accounts.
•Maintain comprehensive understanding of the Aerospike value proposition and most recent capabilities and should be able to articulate Aerospike’s USP to customers clearly and independently.
•Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
•Effectively leverage internal resources to help maintain a high level of customer engagement while qualifying opportunities effectively
•Provide timely and actionable insights back into the broader organisation including Sales Leadership, Field Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
•Maintain an accurate forecast and opportunity management within salesforce.com

Experience :
A minimum of 15 years of sales/account management experience in a Software company.
-  Strong experience farming Enterprise Accounts in Mumbai and Delhi
-  Experience working with the Banking and Financial Sector in Mumbai
-  Consistently Over-Achieved Numbers for the last 5 Years
-  Database experience is an added bonus
-  Product sales experience is desired

Qualification :
● Bachelors Degree is a must and MBA is an added advantage
