DESCRIPTION:
Aetion is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the marketing and commercial teams by creating high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals. Digital design experience is a plus. Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing their work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with our own marketing team and cross-functionally with our product and sales team to strategize, ideate, and produce a variety of design assets.
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines that define how the brand should be used across our product ecosystem and touch points.
- Create high-quality, delightful designs in collaboration with researchers, content and communications specialists.
- Utilize storytelling techniques and champions creative vision on key projects and pursuits.
- Take concepts from research, exploration, to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and a cohesive final product.
- Assist in developing and designing sales and marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, whitepapers, slides, etc.
- Create and edit graphics for our website, social media platforms, and email.
- Leads maintenance and organization of digital assets such as icons, photography, and stock graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to projects.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Flexibility to work across timezones.
QUALIFICATIONS*:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand development, or multimedia production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to bring ideas to life visually.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
- Portfolio required (must showcase a variety of design work).
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful brand development projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to contribute to overall brand strategy.
- Have excellent organization and presentation skills, and excel in written and verbal communication.
- Experience working (collaboration and facilitation) with cross functional partners
- Experience with digital design, motion graphics, or UX/UI.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to present creative ideas effectively.
