Position Summary:
The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and driving overall sales performance. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to help optimize sales processes and strategies. The Sales Enablement Manager collaborates closely with sales, marketing, proposal, underwriting, and other cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency, enhance data accuracy, and facilitate informed decision-making.  

What you will do:

•    Play a pivotal role in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, functioning as a vital intermediary between the sales department and the RFP team. This includes organizing meetings, specifying requirements, overseeing timelines, and confirming alignment among all team members
•    Develop and implement efficient sales processes to drive sales growth and achieve targets
•    Coordinate directly with implementation team, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and a smooth transition process to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
•    Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and forecast sales
•    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies, messaging, and goals
•    Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools to ensure sales team productivity and effectiveness
•    Coordinate sales training and “ever boarding” programs for all client-facing team members
•    Oversee the preparation of sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance, areas for improvement, and strategies for growth
•    Liaise with other departments, including finance, legal, and product development, to ensure sales strategies align with company goals and compliance requirements
•    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and operations
•    Strive in all endeavors to fulfill the mission of AffirmedRx while exhibiting teamwork, positivity, and passion 

What you need:
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
•    4-7 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the healthcare or PBM industry
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
•    Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
•    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
•    Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead through influence
•    Willingness and ability to travel (10%-20%)
