About the Role: We are seeking a talented Retail Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon marketing and other major marketplaces, with experience in managing client accounts, executing strategies, and driving performance. This role will focus on helping clients achieve their goals by overseeing campaign execution, analyzing results, and optimizing strategies to deliver meaningful outcomes. You will also play a key role in managing day-to-day communications with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Develop a deep understanding of client product markets, performance goals, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement and manage Amazon-specific advertising strategies across search, display, and OTT platforms.
  • Assist in planning promotional campaigns around key Amazon events (e.g., Prime Day, Holidays, Cyber Monday).
  • Analyze campaign performance through internal and client-side analytics tools, ensuring all KPIs and performance goals are met.
  • Conduct regular QA processes to ensure accuracy in campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
  • Present weekly performance updates and campaign results to clients, addressing key insights and proactively suggesting optimizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement continuous improvements, driving performance enhancement through testing and analysis.
  • Stay informed on e-commerce and digital marketing best practices, applying insights to client accounts.
  • Maintain product detail pages, update inventory forecasts, and ensure all aspects of Amazon operations are running smoothly.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Support in pitching new clients and conducting account audits alongside senior team members.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and client success.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) or a similar marketplace environment (Vendor Central/Seller Central).
  • Experience in managing client accounts, delivering measurable results, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, chart building, etc.) for analyzing data and creating reports.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal team collaboration and client-facing discussions.
  • Positive attitude, with a focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with other major marketplaces besides Amazon (e.g., Walmart, eBay, etc.).
  • Familiarity with promotional strategies around large-scale event windows like Prime Day, Black Friday, or other key shopping periods.
  • Prior experience managing and mentoring junior team members is a plus.

Base salary based on education, experience, and skills level ($63,900-$203,500)

  • Level 1 - $63,900-$85,000
    • Level 1 - Possesses essential capabilities.
  • Level 2 - $85,000-$90,000
    • Level 2 - Possesses developing capabilities.
  • Level 3 - $90,000-$102,5000
    • Level 3 - Possesses notable capabilities.
  • Level 4 - $102,500-$130,000
    • Level 4 - Possesses strong capabilities.
  • Level 5 - $130,000-$166,750
    • Level 5 - Possesses advanced capabilities.
  • Level 6 - $166,750-$203,500
    • Level 6 - Possesses distinguished capabilities.
