We are and we connect creators with big brands to make impactful ads at scale. We have a network of thousands of content creators with a variety of different skill-sets, and we’re looking to build a program that empowers them to create great ads for brands like Corkcicle, Perfume.com, Casper Mattresses, & more!

About the Role: We’re looking for a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to support our CEO across both personal and professional priorities. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and handle sensitive information with discretion. You’ll be the right hand to the CEO—juggling schedules, travel, errands, and communications—with a 24/7 mindset and a problem-solving attitude. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, this role is for you.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Personal Management
- Make personal travel arrangements and assist with pre-travel logistics
- Make restaurant reservations and routine personal and family appointments (ex. doctors visits, etc.)
- Manage general personal errands
- Supervise property management and maintenance, and schedule all regular repairs and upkeep
- General home office support, including bill management and document/mail management
- On-call as needed! Do whatever it takes mentality a must
Executive Support
- Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, conferences, and appointments, while prioritizing conflicting commitments and ensuring optimal time management.
- Plan, coordinate and manage extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, travel, speaking engagements and other commitments, conferences, etc.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Monitor and manage expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices for the CEO
- Handle sensitive information—financial records, legal documents, personal correspondence— with strict confidentiality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high-level Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role (supporting a C-level executive preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and travel logistics across multiple time zones
- Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
- Discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with a range of personalities with professionalism and poise
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Concur, Expensify)
- Experience coordinating household staff, property management, or personal logistics is a plus
- Flexible schedule with willingness to be available outside traditional working hours as needed
- Must type 50 words per minute or higher
- This is a Monday–Friday, in-person role; candidate must be available to work on-site daily (43-01 22nd St., Suite 602 Queens, NY 11101) and in/around NYC
