Requirements
- Effective interpersonal & communication skills, energetic, proactive.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to work on Windows and Mac environments.
- Comfortable reading and writing in English for documentation purposes.
Plus
- Experience testing mission critical financial trading systems.
- Scripting skills such as Python & Postman.
- Engineering background is a plus.
- Familiar with any test case or bug tracking tools such as TestRail and JIRA
- Internship or prior experience in a QA related role.
Interview Process
- Phone interview: 1 hour, meet with HR.
- Onsite Interview: 2.5 - 3 hours
- 0.5 hour - onsite test
- 1.5-2 hours - meet with hiring managers.
- 0.5 hour - meet with HR.
