Senior Full-Stack Developer

US - Remote

AIO Logic is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and scale its AXIS platform during a critical phase of growth. This is a hands-on engineering role for a developer who thrives in building high-quality, scalable software in a fast-growing, regulated fintech environment. The Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions across both front-end (React) and back-end (Java/Spring Boot), translating complex lending and financial requirements into reliable, performant systems. This individual will play a key role in shaping architecture, improving system performance, and mentoring other engineers, while partnering closely with Product, UX, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, build, and maintain front-end (React) and back-end (Java/Spring Boot) components of the AXIS platform.
  • Develop new features across UI/UX, APIs, business logic, and system integrations (internal and external).
  • Translate business and financial domain requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Implement complex financial logic and build dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Design and evolve system architecture to support growth, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Optimize performance across front-end and back-end systems.
  • Ensure systems meet fintech regulatory standards and build resilient, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver features end-to-end and improve development processes.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote high standards of code quality.
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and cloud infrastructure environments.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with substantial full-stack development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React and Java / Spring Boot.
  • Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, state management, and component architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, dependency injection, and REST API design.
  • Understanding of microservices and/or monolithic architectures.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).
  • Knowledge of application security best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building software for financial services, commercial lending, or portfolio management.
  • Familiarity with financial calculations and conditional payment logic.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with data privacy and encryption requirements.
  • Proven ability to scale applications and optimize performance.
  • Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar) and familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar).

Compensation Disclosure
