A Snapshot
As the Supply Chain Manager – Planning and Analytics, reporting to the Supply Chain Program Manager, you will play a key role in advancing AirTrunk’s end-to-end supply chain strategy. Working closely with the Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will:
- Lead the development of a best-in-class supply chain data management framework.
- Build and maintain dynamic supply planning tools to enable agile, data-driven decision-making aligned with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) program.
- Collaborate with Procurement to deliver accurate demand forecasts to strategic suppliers in line with Long Term Agreements (LTAs) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) arrangements.
- Ensure timely, accurate tracking of product and Work Order (WO) milestones to meet delivery-in-full, on-time, and to-specification (DIFOTQ) targets.
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimise integrated, cross-functional planning processes that scale with AirTrunk’s growth.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the technology roadmap that underpins AirTrunk’s long-term supply chain strategy.
- Support the execution of core supply chain programs, including Supplier Relationship Management and Supply Chain Risk Management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through advanced analytics, process innovation, and vertical integration initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day
- Manage end-to-end supply planning for data centre equipment across existing and new product lines.
- Translate demand signals into accurate, responsive supply and inventory plans to ensure continuity, availability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Share updated demand plans with relevant internal teams and suppliers on a regular cadence
- Collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated supply plans across the full value chain lifecycle.
- Apply supply chain and analytics expertise to enhance planning processes, tools, and decision-making frameworks.
- Support the development of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, scalability, and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement robust performance metrics to drive accountability across suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
- Identify and resolve supply chain gaps and inefficiencies; document and implement process improvements and solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through the introduction of scalable systems and processes that support AirTrunk’s growing supply chain footprint.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to proactively manage fluctuating demand and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with Procurement to develop cost-to-serve models that support efficient, data-driven sourcing and investment decisions.
- Implement and maintain tools, systems, and processes to manage materials procured under Long Term Agreements (LTAs), Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), and project-based tendering.
- Provide accurate inputs into recurring demand and supply forecasting cycles for long-term equipment planning.
- Manage the product expediting process to ensure accurate tracking of critical equipment and work order milestones, mitigating project and contract risks while maximising DIFOTQ.
- Oversee supplier factory audit and inspection programs in line with AirTrunk’s supply chain roadmap and quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams
- Proven experience with ERP systems and materials planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced analytical and numerical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, and data visualization/reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
