Position Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager based in India to develop and nurture relationships with key Indian MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and  business process outsourcers that have significant influence on business processes  decision-making for US-based enterprises. This role will report to a US-based manager and is critical to our global growth strategy as we aim to leverage the strong presence of Indian BPR / BPM service  providers in the US market and other global markets. While primarily focused on supporting US deals, this position may also develop direct business opportunities within the Indian market and support deals in nearby time zone markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with leading Indian MSPs, business process outsourcers, and system integrators that serve US-based clients and clients in other geographies that Aisera serves.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders within these organizations
  • Educate partners about our Agentic AI solutions and articulate our unique value proposition
  • Create and execute partner enablement strategies to position our solutions within their service offerings to US and other global clients
  • Collaborate with Aisera sales teams to identify joint opportunities and influence deals through partner relationships
  • Support deals through leveraging Indian partner relationships and technical expertise
  • Develop potential direct business opportunities within the Indian market as a secondary objective
  • Focus primarily on a defined set of high priority partners based in India as well as others partners in nearby regions that support Aisera’s expansion plans
  • Develop and implement channel marketing initiatives specific to the Indian business  processes reengineering service provider community
  • Stay current on market trends, competitive landscapes, and the evolving Agentic AI, BPR ecosystem in both India and the US
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums in India
  • Provide regular reporting on partner engagement, pipeline development, and market intelligence

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or partner management roles
  • Strong understanding of the Agentic AI, process automation, BPR landscape, preferably with experience working with or for major Indian IT service providers
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strategic relationships with enterprise partners
  • In-depth knowledge of how Indian MSPs operate, sell, and influence process automation & BPR decisions
  • Experience with Indian process automation & BPR partners and related ecosystem partners is highly advantageous
  • Excellent understanding of Agentic AI, process automation & BPR practices, tools, and automation technologies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate technical value propositions to various stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments
  • Willingness to travel within India and occasionally to the US for meetings and events
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred

Location

  • Based in India (preferably in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, or Pune)
  • Remote work with regular travel to partner locations across India
