The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer to drive high-impact outbound talent generation across the company, with a primary focus on Senior Software Engineering profiles. This role will also support adjacent technical and business functions including Product, Operations, and IT.
This is a sourcing-first role. You will be responsible for building high-quality pipelines for senior and highly specialized talent in fast-moving environments. We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and unafraid to experiment with new sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of startup agility and Tier 1 company rigor, either in-house or through RPO support.
What You Will Do
- Lead outbound sourcing strategy for Senior, Staff, and Principal-level Software Engineers
- Support sourcing across Product, Operations, and IT roles as business needs evolve
- Build, test, and optimize creative sourcing strategies using research, competitor mapping, technical communities, referrals, and non-traditional channels
- Develop and maintain talent maps of Tier 1 engineering organizations and competitive companies
- Conduct intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and search strategy
- Partner closely with Engineering and functional leadership to understand hiring plans and long-term needs
- Track and analyze sourcing funnel metrics to measure pipeline health and optimize conversion rates
- Maintain strong candidate communication and ensure a transparent, high-quality experience
- Serve as a market intelligence partner by providing insights on compensation trends, talent density
Who You Are
- 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on outbound generation
- Proven track record sourcing senior and principal-level engineering talent
- Experience supporting Tier 1 companies or high-growth startups (in-house or RPO)
- Highly creative and resourceful in identifying and engaging talent beyond LinkedIn
- Experienced in building outbound strategies from scratch and iterating quickly
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with engineering leaders
- Data-driven and comfortable using ATS systems, CRM platforms, sourcing tools, and Al-enabled workflows

Salary range
$95,000 - $115,000 USD
