Product Manager III
About the Role

As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you’ll design and deliver key features – such as login and onboarding, device management, support interfaces, and user/contact management – empowering users to easily manage their smart homes. You’ll also create scalable UX solutions that support internal product teams and ensure a consistent user experience.
Based in Centennial, you’ll work closely with the engineering team and collaborate with Product Managers primarily at our headquarters. This role offers the opportunity to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces while working cross-functionally with UX, engineering, quality, marketing, and customer support. Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility, resource planning, and development timelines. Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams to align on product goals and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Champion the product vision and maintain stakeholder alignment across UX, engineering, marketing, sales, and support throughout the product lifecycle and launch. Coordinate across internal product teams to align on product design consistency.
- Project Management: Lead product development process with Agile principals, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Utilize JIRA and Confluence to scope, prioritize, and track progress.
- Client Management: Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers for international and strategic partners.
- Customer Insight & Research: Work with BI, customer support, and sales teams to gather and analyze user feedback and market data, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
- Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, user flows, feature specs, and technical documents.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and specification to testing, alpha/beta management, and launch.
- Innovation & Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends and AI and understand customer expectations, driving new ideas to keep our products and UI/UX cutting-edge and competitive.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred degree in an Engineering or technical discipline.
- Experience:
- 5–7 years in product management, focusing on consumer-facing UI/UX or digital products.
- Proven success managing web and mobile app development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time using Agile/Scrum (JIRA, Confluence).
- Organizational Skills:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation skills for product requirements and user flows.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles; familiarity with mobile app development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience with IoT, smart home, or connected technology.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design.

The salary range of this opportunity is listed below and is determined within a range based on factors including qualifications, location and experience. This allows opportunity for growth and development within the role. The salary offered is part of a total compensation package.
Pay Range
$115,000 - $130,000 USD
