Position Overview 

Align seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for coordinating with other marketing team members and subject matter experts throughout Align to implement innovative awareness and lead generation campaigns. This ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects with a can-do attitude. Knowledge of market research, audience segmentation, campaign reporting, SEO, and social media is critical.

This candidate will need to possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and be well rounded in all aspects of marketing including digital, social, communications, and research.

  • This hybrid position will report to our Midtown Manhattan Office in New York City approximately 4 days per week.
  • This is a full-time position offering a salary in the $80K to $100K range (based on experience), comprehensive benefits, paid training, additional compensation

Key Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration is required
  • 2-4 years of experience in technology or professional services marketing and communications
  • Excellent time management, writing and organization skills, with a reputation for flawless program management and execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting compelling marketing materials and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders
  • Digital marketing expertise, including the use of social media

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with HubSpot as Marketing Automation Tool and CMS; preferred
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact, data-driven campaigns. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to effectively partner with graphics team to translate creative vision into compelling visual assets
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e., MOS Certification, advanced formatting skills in Word & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this Marketing Specialist is a key role on the Align Marketing team, coordinating efforts between other team members and providing marketing support across the company.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans with focus on email marketing, thought leadership, paid media, blogs & whitepapers, social media, lead process optimization and project management.
  • Assist in the creation of campaign landing pages, lead generation forms and provide updates across entire website, as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing team and SMEs to create impactful sales enablement tools including sell sheets, presentations and case studies.
  • Track website SEO performance, monitor recommendations and develop improvement strategies.
  • Utilize a range of techniques around paid advertising (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Programmatic Advertising, PPC).
  • Assist with management of events, as needed, both online and in-person, from logistics to post-event follow up
