As the Recruitment Support Specialist, you will support the Recruiting team. You will be responsible for managing facets of the recruiting process including contacting prospects, processing applications, and scheduling interviews.  The Recruiting team are the hunters that search for and screen the best talent to keep AWL profitable and growing.  Our team strives to provide the absolute best candidate experience every step of the way.  

This is a fully remote opportunity. Part time to start - potential for full time after trial period.

Your day-to-day

  • Attend weekly calls with assigned recruiter.
  • Respond to emails and texts within 24 hours for prospects from multiple job boards and sources and document activity.
  • Process applications and prepare them for Recruiter review.
  • Schedule interviews and review Spark Hire interviews.
  • Promote AWL as one of the “best places to work.”
  • Proactively seek ways to acquire new talent.

  • To be comfortable communicating over several platforms and have outstanding written and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in applications and programs, particularly Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and ATS platforms.
