AlphaGrep China is a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market, serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. We leverage deep expertise in China’s equity and derivatives markets, together with AlphaGrep’s global quantitative research capabilities, to deliver diversified strategies targeting long-term and stable returns.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

构建基础设施工具和应用，为全公司交易团队提供支持；Build infrastructure tools and applications to support trading teams across the firm.

识别、设计并实施内部流程改进：流程自动化、优化数据交付、优化基础设施以提升可扩展性等；Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

集成大型复杂数据集，满足各种功能性/非功能性业务需求；Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

与全球团队进行需求沟通，并与他们并肩合作；Coordinate with global teams to understand their requirements and work alongside them.

定义代码结构、编写文档，并构建支持分析与执行的底层架构；Establishing programming patterns, documenting components and providing infrastructure for analysis and execution.

设置数据报告机制，建立持续监控流程；Set up practices on data reporting and continuous monitoring.

开发高效且可扩展的代码；Write highly efficient and optimized code that is easily scalable.

遵守代码规范，保障代码可靠性；Adherence to coding and quality standards.

 

任职要求 / Qualifications

精通 Python，具备扎实的实操经验；Strong working knowledge of Python.

具备扎实的 SQL 实操知识，拥有关系型数据库实操经验、能熟练编写查询语句，且熟悉多种数据库；Strong working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

具备对内外业务流程进行溯源分析的能力，通过数据诊断解决具体业务问题，并挖掘优化空间；Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.

具备网络爬虫与数据抓取、文本解析经验；Experience with web crawling and scraping, text parsing.

熟悉Linux环境开发；Experience working in Linux Environment.

具备股票市场数据相关经验；Experience with Stock Market Data.
