Fullstack Developer

AlphaGrep is a quantitative trading and investment firm founded in 2010. We are one of the largest firms by trading volume on Indian exchanges and have significant market share on several large global exchanges as well. We use a disciplined and systematic quantitative approach to identify factors that consistently generate alpha. These factors are then coupled with our proprietary ultra-low latency trading systems and robust risk management to develop trading strategies across asset classes (equities, commodities, currencies, fixed income) that trade on global exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation systems for trading and operational workflows.
• Build tools for monitoring, alerting, and ensuring system reliability.
• Work on web applications and dashboards for traders and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders and tech groups across the globe.
• Continuously explore new technologies to improve automation and system efficiency.

• Strong programming skills in Python or Full-Stack Development (React/Node.js or similar).
• Solid understanding of automation workflows, databases, and system design.
• Familiarity with DevOps / SRE practices (CI/CD, observability, infrastructure automation) is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills – ability to work with cross-geography teams and liaise with traders.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and eagerness to adopt new tools and frameworks.
