岗位职责 / Responsibilities

负责基础架构相关设备设施的运维工作，包括但不限于服务器上下架以及基本配置、网络设备上下架以及基本配置、虚拟化技术、存储等；Responsible for the operation and maintenance of infrastructure-related equipment and facilities, including but not limited to server installation/removal and basic configuration, network device installation/removal and basic configuration, virtualization technologies, and storage systems.

负责对公司内部设备（Windows/Mac等）以及各类应用进行故障处理以及监控，分析安全设备的日志和告警；Handle troubleshooting and monitoring of internal company devices (Windows/Mac, etc.) and various applications; analyze logs and alerts from security equipment.

提供各种IT支持，如：电脑硬件、桌面系统，门禁与监控系统，打印机和NAS的配置、维护和故障诊断；Provide various IT support including hardware, desktop systems, access control and surveillance systems, as well as printer and NAS configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

管理资产（IT设备台账登记、库存维护等）；Manage IT assets, including inventory registration and stock maintenance.

完成leader交代的其他事宜。Complete other tasks assigned by the team leader.

 

 

任职要求 / Qualifications

本科及以上学历，计算机\网络相关专业，1-3年工作经验；Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Networking, or related fields, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

熟悉常见IT平台、软件和工具；Familiar with common IT platforms, software, and tools.

了解基本TCP/IP协议，可以配置各类网络应用服务（FTP、SMTP等）；Understand basic TCP/IP protocols and be able to configure various network services such as FTP and SMTP.

了解金融行业的生产流程和各类应用，熟练地解决日常工作中遇到的问题；Understand production processes and applications in the financial industry, and be skilled in resolving issues encountered in daily work.

具备良好的问题诊断和解决能力，具备较强的责任心，沟通能力和良好的团队合作意识；Strong problem diagnosis and resolution skills, with a high sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and strong team collaboration awareness.

具备良好的团队合作精神和自我驱动能力，善于与跨部门进行沟通协作。Good team spirit and self-motivation, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments.

具备基础的英文读写能力或海外支持经验；Basic English reading and writing skills or experience in overseas IT support is preferred.
