Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of Ortems solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end Ortems implementations, including project planning, resource management, and delivery timelines.
- Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure Ortems to meet client-specific needs and optimize the software for improved scheduling, capacity planning, and production management.
- Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Ortems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES).
- Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Analyze and fine-tune Ortems solutions for enhanced performance and efficiency; provide guidance on leveraging Ortems for continuous process improvement.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users; offer recommendations for maintenance and upgrades.
- Documentation and Training: Develop solution documentation, user guides, and training materials for client stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in implementing and architecting Ortems or similar advanced planning and scheduling software.
- Strong background in manufacturing, production scheduling, and supply chain processes.
- Experience with DELMIA suite products (a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Ortems configuration and customization.
- Knowledge of ERP and MES integration, preferably in SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting, or basic programming for custom integrations and reports.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex solutions in an understandable manner.
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
