Vehicle Integration Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Safety attribute team with the program management activities.
- Participate in program management meetings and creation of work stream plans and documentation of tasks and program progress.
- Manage meeting invitations, agenda and meeting minutes for safety attribute meetings.
- Manage agenda and meeting minutes for cross functional project meetings. Invite stakeholders and follow up on deliverables per agreed action items.
- Support preparation of status reviews / reports on a periodic basis to identify issues and document overall attribute status against the agreed upon targets.
- Own and maintain the Safety Hardware Plan. Collate hardware requests and track usage for subsystem, sled and full vehicle testing.
- Coordinate the supply logistics of vehicles and hardware for all safety attribute tests and multiple external test facilities in the USA and Europe.
- Track status and issues for the attribute and connect tickets to owners to drive root cause analysis and robust issue resolution, escalate critical issues as appropriate.
- Organize attribute Jira Structure boards, Gant charts and Confluence page.
- Creating and maintaining the attribute’s development and validation plans aligned with high level program milestones, identifying needed resources and key deliverables.
- Support attribute team with budget forecast and control.
- Support Test & Validation Engineers with test data management.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree with at least 2-5 years hands on experience in automotive development.
- Excellent communications and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with requirements management software Jira and Confluence
- Experience in Smartsheet and Polarion is preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with CATIA 3DX and Python or Matlab is beneficial.
Salary Range: $90,000-100,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
