Description:

  • Design RF circuits design and provide Systems support with emphasis on millimeter antenna waveguide technology development.
  • Develop and maintain RF design requirements from high-level system performance specifications.
  • Research, design, develop, or test electronic components and systems for customers. Release design and provide support through the project lifecycle.
  • Perform bench-level evaluation and troubleshooting of RF designs and subsystems.
  • Collaborate with the Hardware, Software, and Systems engineering teams to drive development of subsystems and assemblies.
  • Represent the company at technical reviews, meetings, and formal design reviews.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of automotive engineering experience
  • Expertise in RF millimeter waveguide antenna and systems design/analysis/testing. Specific expertise in design/analysis/testing of millimeter waveguide technology* for automotive radar.
  • RF Waveguide antenna design
  • RF PCB design
  • RF systems integration and test

*Antenna waveguide technology is a method of using waveguides to channel radio frequency (RF) energy for antennas. Waveguides are metallic tubes that can carry radio waves with low losses. Essentially, they’re small metal assemblies that carry radio waves.
