As (Quality Engineer-Manufacturing) you will be responsible for;

We are looking for Quality Engineer-Manufacturing. The role requires experience in PFMEA, Reverse PFMEA, and Control Plans while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The candidate will work closely with resident engineers, production operators, and other stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Reverse PFMEA for each component to identify potential failure points.
  • Develop and implement control plans to maintain product and process quality.
  • Physically inspect the production line, observe operations, and establish reports on quality performance.
  • Set up meetings with resident engineers to discuss quality concerns and improvements.
  • Gather feedback from operators to ensure the correct parts are installed at the right moment.
  • Apply Lean Management principles to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Compile reports on production quality findings, corrective actions, and process improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality in a quality engineering role.
  • Proven experience in PFMEAs, Reverse PFMEAs, and Control Plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Management principles and implementation.
  • Experience/exposure to Tooling process.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using Team Center for managing production and engineering data.

Tools / Software / Methodologies / Certifications:

  • Software: Team Center (preferred).
  • Methodology: Lean Management.

Soft Skills:

  • Autonomous and able to gather information independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
