As a Liaison Officer you will be responsible for;

  • Ensure schedule adherence; running product development/ investigation activities, production, etc.
  • Actively monitoring the supply chain planning, and ensuring an adequate execution of planning by company's supply chain/ procurement
  • Supporting the “time optimization” by providing a weekly report about the individual project status, schedule adherence, delivery adherence, critical issues and actions related to it. 
  • Pursuing teams and management to allow timely decisions to resolve these critical issues in order to prevent impact to the projects progress.
  • Working with cross-functional teams (including global teams) and communicate with project managers and engineering managers
  • Attend project reviews with the aim of providing a clear and coherent message to the liaison organization.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Engineering, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent degree
  • 4+ years experience in supply chain/ supplier development and production
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Set-up and coordinate meetings and other arrangements
  • Possess excellent written and oral skills

 

 

Salary Range: $85,000 to $125,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
