
CAE Engineer

Job Description:
- BS Degree or higher in ME.
- Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in using and developing CAE methods.
- Require experience with CAE analysis of a vehicle Body-in-white related to the Crash full vehicle system/subsystem.
- Expectations are proficiency with full vehicle crashworthiness simulations related to front/side and component level, particularly in LS-DYNA and ANSA.
- Familiarity with automotive safety standards (FMVSS, ECE, NCAP) required.
- This role will be responsible for creating and validating automation of CAE workflows and processes related to the 1D/3D CAE models, which includes AI/ML approaches.
- Familiarity with modeFRONTIER or iSight is a significant advantage.
- Experience with other CAE software such as Nastran, Abaqus, Hypermesh, and proficiency with programming language software such as Matlab, Python, and VBA are desired.
- A related advanced degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
