Job Description:

  • Responsible for leading the validating activities for telematics connectivity features such as remote operations, trip reports, drive alerts, vehicle finder, stolen vehicle locator, clear personal data, connected personal account, EV route and dynamic range of 2024 LB BEV
  • Responsible for testing radio features such as Navigation, Drive Modes, Performance Pages, Electric Vehicle App, Alexa, and much more
  • Responsible for testing connected features in plywood buck and bench using simulations prior to X0 or X1 build test vehicles
  • Responsible for processing factory VIN feed followed by CSR/cert generation for telematics and radio to establish communication with backend
  • Responsible for performing real-time-update to the test property to change the test environment
  • Responsible for testing all mobile and web application features such as assist/sos calls, vehicle health & info, charge/climate schedule, eco coaching, send and go, last mile navigation, and search
  • Responsible for validating software updates over-the-air for radio and telematics applications
  • Responsible for performing random, sanity, regression and full testing on bench and vehicle
  • Perform software User Acceptance Test to make sure the system meets all of the specifications and business goals
  • Support issue resolver/issue manager with various types of logs when requested such as serial log, CAN log, ethernet log, telematic log, and mobile app logs along with photos, videos to help identify the defect
