As a Logistics IT Business Partner you will be responsible for;

 

  • Serve as the primary IT partner for logistics and warehouse operations, supporting both SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Work directly with logistics teams on the shop floor to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Gather requirements, document business needs, and coordinate solution implementation with IM and vendors.
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of operational and system-related requests, driving continuous process improvement.

 

Qualifications;

 

  • 3–7+ years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations in an IT-facing role.
  • Working knowledge of SAP logistics modules (MM, EWM, LE) and hands-on functional support.
  • Experience supporting non-SAP operational systems (printers, scanners, label systems, warehouse devices).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation operations, with ability to translate problems into practical IT solutions.
  • Comfortable in hands-on, operational environments and working with multicultural, international teams; certifications a plus

 

 

 

Salary Range: $75k-$85k
