Overview
- The successful candidate will contribute to the design, validation, and improvement of electronic systems for automotive applications, working closely with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic circuits including microcontrollers, sensors, and system interfaces.
- Create and validate schematic designs according to customer requirements and industry standards.
- Support product validation activities, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform root-cause analysis on warranty returns and validation issues.
- Investigate and resolve EMC‑related problems.
- Conduct worst-case analysis to ensure robust design performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in electronic circuit design.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, microcontrollers, sensors, and system architectures.
- Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and product validation.
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues.
- Experience with EMC investigations and improvements.
- Proficiency with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner for schematic development.
- Knowledge of worst-case analysis methods.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automotive design standards (ISO, AEC‑Q, etc.).
- Familiarity with simulation and lab test equipment (SPICE, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers).

- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
