Overview
The Associate Process Analyst plays a vital role within our Client Experience function, providing analysis on a wide range of organizational operating issues using various sources of data. This position drives organizational efficiency and improvement by interpreting data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business users of technology, technology vendors, contractors, and internal staff to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies, analyzes and implements process improvement initiatives
- Provides technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives
- Performs process improvement initiatives to ensure objectives are met, results are measurable, and support and participation in ongoing efforts is established
- Evaluates data and runs reports from various tools (Power BI, SNOW reports, etc.)
- Performs quality review of process deliverables and identifies where rework or remediation is necessary
- Navigates ITIL framework and processes effectively
- Provides accurate and timely information and appropriate notification as required
- Escalates any disconnects between client expectations and Altera
- Utilizes existing product documentation to support the operation of assigned products
- Maintains a working knowledge of bug/issues being tracked by Product Development
- Conducts proactive health checks and participates in the response to documented system alerts
- Maintains a working knowledge of product program team status reporting
- Identifies the common causes of defects, prioritizes them and systematically removes them
- Interacts with onsite counter-parts on requests/incidents to obtain clarifications and provide resolutions, as appropriate
Qualifications
Experience
- 0-2 years relevant work experience preferred
- Healthcare experience with knowledge of Hospital and AMB workflows preferred
- ITIL experience with certification in ITIL Foundations preferred
- Azure certification in Azure Fundamentals preferred
- Understanding of Hosting\Data\Azure center environment
Education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Working Arrangements
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements
- Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely
- May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays
- On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs
Travel
- Up to 10% travel may be required

Salary Range
$50,000 - $65,000 USD
