
Associate Systems Analyst

Job description:
- Provide L1 & L2 Support and acts as Primary conductor for all vendor direct support needs.
- Supports maintenances of existing interfaces for all our client facilities.
- Experience with HL7 interface protocols & must have an ability to learn system functionality & workflow in depth.
- Troubleshooting knowledge for HIS inbound & Outbound interfaces.
- Understanding of healthcare related application, terminology, patient care environments, service needs & priorities of patient care personnel preferred.
- Identifying complex issues and take ownership following proper escalation procedures.
- Adhere to SLA’s also document & maintain current workflows
- Provide daily metrics related to support, maintenances, outages as directed by leads or otherwise.
- Attend staff meeting or other mandatory training enrolled by leads for you.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science /computer applications/ETC or similar background with adequate exposure to the relevant topics required for interface management is necessary to get a job in this position. The experience requirements differ with different organizations.
- Operating systems Windows, Unix, Scripting & SQL is plus
- Healthcare domain experience & Hl7 working knowledge required.
- Proven experience in working with variety of different interfaces engine like (AIE, Rhapsody, Elink, Ensemble & HIE etc..).
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with good balance of techno-functional skills
- Excellent verbal & written communications skills with an ability to interact professionally with diverse group of executives, managers & SME’s along with external contacts like vendors & Onsite staff.
- Work in friendly team environment with cross functional leads to provide day to day assistance with Interface staff.
- Flexible & adaptable to work in 24*7 rotational environment with dynamic situations.
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines & manage changing priorities.
