  • Building evaluation datasets and designing metrics to measure and improve the performance of AI-driven systems.
  • Using tools like LangSmith and techniques such as LLM-as-a-judge or meta-prompting to build robust evaluation pipelines.
  • Extending the test-suite, refining and running benchmarks on our AI systems.
  • Participating in the full AI product lifecycle: from early-stage experimentation to deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and designers in an agile, sprint-based environment.

  • Programming skills in Python to write tests and read code.
  • Ability to execute tasks autonomously with an eye for detail and to ask for help when stuck.
  • Quick learner to understand unfamiliar concepts and iterate towards working solutions
  • Curiosity about how large language models can be applied to solve real-world problems.
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field for bachelor’s degree Students or currently enrolled in Master’s Degree Program
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Exposure to data science concepts relevant to LLMs such as neural networks, loss functions, evaluation metrics.
  • Understanding object-oriented programming and experience with data manipulation libraries.
  • Understanding of version control (Git) and agile development processes.
