About The Role & Team
Amplitude is on a mission to help companies build better products through data-driven insights. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Ecosystem Partnerships Lead, reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, to lead and expand our network of technology partners. This role is pivotal in driving Amplitude's success by cultivating deep, strategic relationships with key partners and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Amplitude and with top-tier partners in our ecosystem, such as Appsflyer, Braze, and others, to develop and implement joint strategies that drive mutual success.

As the Ecosystem Partnerships Lead, your work will be central to scaling our partnerships and maximizing their impact on our business. You will:
- Own the Strategy and Monetization of Partnerships: Lead development and execution of strategies from managed partners. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deepen these relationships and ensure alignment to Amplitude’s goals.
- Build and Strengthen Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders both within Amplitude and across partner teams. Your ability to align teams around a shared vision and priorities will be critical to our success.
- Drive Co-Innovation: Collaborate with partners to drive co-innovation, taking ideas from concept to launch. You will be instrumental in bringing together cross-functional teams to develop and execute new solutions that benefit shared customers.
- Orchestrate Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day activities and special projects related to partnership development. You will ensure that all aspects of the partnership are running smoothly and delivering on their objectives.

You’ll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Proven Experience: A strong background in partnerships or ecosystem roles, with 5+ years of experience in driving successful collaborations at scale.
- Built Repeatable Pipeline: Translated good ideas into customer opportunities from joint partner efforts, and activated sales teams to qualify and drive these opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional people skills with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholders from leadership to the field.
- Innovation Mindset: A passion for co-innovation and a track record of bringing new ideas to life through collaboration with partners.
- Familiarity with Modern Growth Stack: A solid understanding of Amplitude’s products and the broader ecosystem in which we operate will be an advantage.

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado. Colorado range: $165,000 - $245,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $183,000 - $275,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $183,000 - $275,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $165,000 - $245,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $165,000 - $245,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
